Finished

5,249 pages later I finally finished.
(once again, the photo is correct in my album, just can't seem to fix it on the blog)
Grandma Benson forced me to take her collection awhile back. Literally forced me, she started by trying to guilt me by saying she wanted someone else to enjoy them and none of her kids would take them, then by explaining how good they were, and finally she just started taking them off her shelf and piling them into my arms. It was kind of funny. But I'm glad she did. It took me some time before I actually started to read them, but once I did I really enjoyed them. I learned A LOT more about church history. Not necessarily all new things either. I just had no idea on some of the timing and it went into greater detail. I would recommend them. Although books 4 & 5 were a bit slow and hard for me to get through. ( I read quite a few books in between those two)
This is what my alarm clock looks like for the next four weeks. And I LOVE IT! I go into work Mon-Fri from about 3:45 - 12:45 ( I can never leave work on time) Tomorrow I go in at 3:30. Yes that is a.m. If you know me I love the mornings. This may seem a little extreme, and yes at 2:45 I'm not digging it so much all the time, but I'm up and running. Why would I do this? I am the inventory captain this year at work which means my crew of five and I get to open every box on the shelf above eight feet high, count it, tape it back up, tag it, and put it back on the shelf. I got to tell you it is such a nice break from having to be in charge of 30 people and not worry about the normal work stuff I do. I'm almost done with week two, and who knows, maybe after six weeks of this I won't like 3:00 am anymore. But I know I will miss my weekends, not having to work past 1:00, and mostly I will miss that I get to spend more time with my sweetheart.

So when do you find time to read? And more importantly, what time do you go to bed? You never cease to amaze me my dear.

I had a dream abut you last night and it involved you coming here and some book. It's a sign you must come to visit and bring the books so I can read them.

I have to say you are crazy, but I am impressed. I used to like mornings and then I had kids and now the morning comes way too fast.
It's always nice to not have to deal with customers too. Well good luck with all your early mornings!

Oh Grandma B and here need to liquidate all belongings by pawning them off on her family... But I'm glad you got some use out of those books! And wow, I thought I was a morning person - but you just blew my mind. 2:45 am? Whoa. Just whoa.
