How lucky am I?

I was headed to the temple earlier today when I was informed it was closed for cleaning. My immediate thought was, "Crap, well there goes that plan."

That was soon pushed out of my mind by, "You dummy. You have FOUR temples within 15 min of where you live."

So I was off to the Oguirrh Mountain.

It's amazing to me that on the way up I see one temple and on the way down, (going home a different route) I see two different ones. How lucky am I? Most people have to plan day trips and spoiled me just needs a free hour or two.

My husband makes me laugh everyday, even if I am trying to be angry.

I apologize in advance for the picture quality. I forgot my camera but for being a "cheap" phone it didn't do too bad.

I went down to Cedar last weekend to witness James graduate to second lieutenant and receive his bachelors in Athletic Training to which he got to sit on the stand because he was the best out of the bunch.

I have been wanting to go back to school for sometime and it just reaffirmed my desire, then depressed me because of my lack of funds.

I made blackberry jam today. Once again I didn't plan the coordinating shirt but it was meant to be I suppose. I let mom help like she used to let me help, "Watching is helping"

Oh and I told her I would let her do the dishes.

Mom calls this my Greta Garbo pose, although I don't suppose she made her own jam.

"I want to be let alone."
