Toot Toot

This is my greenhouse. I've got Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, mesclun, herbs and some other things. Got a lot of seeds today too can't wait to get my garden going and hopefully I have a green thumb.
Some of my Tulips are blooming.
I made a Chocolate-raspberry tart with a gingersnap crust for desert. I thought it was pretty tasty. My husband Senor picky wasn't a fan. I think I'll tweak it a bit and change some things up next time.
The chocolate ganache filling was my favorite.
Trying to stay busy in this beautiful Spring weather we are having before it skips to summer too soon, or back to winter, you know the rain and snow are supposed to be back Thurs.
Stupid Utah.

That tart looks positively delightful. Next time you make it, I would gladly eat Chris' piece for him. Seriously, how could a man refuse chocolate ganache? Strange. And I dig the gardening.

That tart looks yummy. I wish I had a green thumb so I'm jealous. I do have a garden the only problem is it is a garden of weeds. :)
