Not the hair!

We had a pretty low key Halloween this year. Stayed home and handed out candy to the tick-or-treaters. Due to our "Halloween buddies" ditching us. (Whateve Rhea and Doug)
I was a bit tired after waking up at 3:37 for work and ended up falling asleep on the couch at 8:30. (Don't judge me)
We did go all out with dressing up. Can't you tell?

I wore my pumpkin shirt and earrings. I decided to make a stem at work. Sharpie to get it to stand up strait and green duct tape for flare. I think it turned out ok. (I was smart enough not to tape it to my hair. Don't be dumb!)

I made some Mummy cupcakes but decided I was done after 10 or so, so we made up our own designs. They were a bit dry but fun to decorate.

The Mummys. I like the Cyclops.

I free-styled my pumpkin and I have to say I think Jack turned out pretty darn good. The older he got the better he looked.

My gorgeous sister cousin Catie was privileged enough to cut Chris lushes locks. At this point in the haircut it reminded me of the "sketchy" kids I went to Jr. High with.

Look at those beautiful shiny curls....
Although he looks quite handsome with his short hair too.

I'm down with the mummy cupcakes too, and the pumpkin? PRICELESS! Came out great. One year we spend Halloween together girl.

Oooohhh! I love your pumpkin, good work! Those mummy cupcakes are pretty sweet too. I think we need a full "after" picture to appreciate Chris' radical hair change. I do hope it didn't get left in the "sketchy" phase, cue traumatic flashbacks to middle school and the "b side" locker boys...

Seriously the coolest pumpkin ever I might just steal that one for next year.
