So it has been a little while but everyone has been busy and it's not like I have an exciting life to blog about anyhow but here it is none-the-less
My handsome husband got Christmas off this year because he worked it last year and although he did get an awesome present in Nov I still got him a couple of things so he had something to open. Like "Decision Points" which he started reading in line at Wal-Mart on Black Friday when he bought me my Christmas present. A new laptop. I get frustrated with it because it's a PC and I just got used to our Mac and oh yeah I am most definitely technologically challenged and inpatient.
A picture of Enola's brand new boots that I decided to wear because they are cute and they fit me. (Her hands are bigger than mine too.) I keep telling her it's because she's always cracking her knuckles.
Opening a present from the Baxters.
Notice how there is no hand rail?
It's been like that for oh I don't know 3, 4 years.
Well Chris decided it was time to push me down them while my hands were full after church a couple of weeks ago. I took a hard spill and ended up with a nice BIG bruise on my hip. The purple and dark red hues contrasted nicely against my pasty white flesh. Well we all know what Karma is and she reared her ugly face at Chris three days later. I sent a complaint to the landlord but as of yet there is still no handrail.
**editors note, Chris did not push me down the stairs he actually tried running after me to catch me. In both cases it was slippery from our no traction shoes**
This is only half of our Sunbeam class. Only the girls showed up on the last day. (Chris informs me if I would let him bring his phone to church we could have gotten a good picture when the whole class was there.) They are a cute bunch as was our class last year and I'm sure the one we will get this week but we will miss them and the funny things they do. I just wish I had a pic of Chris and the boys. They LOVED him and were so stinkin cute.

Merry Christmas and happy New Year!!! I am glad that you didn't have any lasting damage from your tumble down the stairs. I have fallen down my stairs at least 30 times and they even have a hand rail. :)
I love the rare photo of my dear sister. I'll make a complaint to your landlord if you would like I hate trying to walk down the stairs to visit you. Not to mention the fact that Aaron fell half way down last year and I'm sure it was because of the lack of handrails as well.
Love you come visit me!!!
PS maybe we should trade laptops Daniel got me a Mac and I can't figure it out.
Your sunbeams looks so cute, and you do too! That picture is a keeper. Those stairs look menacing, I think a handrail should be a necessity for 2011. I would never attempt them, even with the upmost in shoe traction.
Scary about the stair tumble and I'm so relieved you're okay. I love the sunbeam picture. I still have pictures of my sunbeam class. I think they are just the cutest age and agree... the funny things that come out of their mouths. If Mom and Dad had any idea they'd be more careful about what they do and say...
I LOVE YOU!!!!! (upper case for emphasis ;0)
Happy New Year Aimee! You look great! Glad you had a Merry Christmas! I bet the Sunbeams love you!
