15 years ago Aunt Syd and Phil had taken Jenni and I to 3rd Street Prominade and I bought these glasses , or it was a gift, I don't recall. I have bought many sunglasses since. None of them compare to these.
They have experienced life with me. Been on two continents, in six countries, and visited at least ten states. (Driven through a lot more, though I'm only counting places I've stayed more than a day or two) And they drive my husband crazy. Because they are scratched and one ear piece is crooked. I can't part with them.
I have given up trying to purchase a new pair.

I found these at work. They sat in the lost and found for the required designated time after which I thoroughly disinfected them and gave them a try. I do not love them, but the lens are scratch free and they cover my whole eye so they have some good qualities. If only I could combine the two sunglasses.
Oh and the quote from the last post was not for people to feel sorry for us. I thought it was hilarious.

Ahhhh, I'm touched. I'll have to tell Phil. Those glasses are like an old friends who's seen it and done it all with you. I get it.
I have old scratched up sunglasses because I always lose them and no longer allow myself to get nice ones. Strange when you own a cheap pair, you never lose them. Spend some bucks, and they're outta here!

I think its awesome you're responsible enough to have kept track of a pair of sunglasses for 15 years. I think the max life span of mine is like 4 months...
I for one think you look hot in the new glasses. I got my most favorite pair of sunglasses from a customer that left them at work for like 3 months. I loved those glasses. Sadly we were parted a year ago on a roller coaster in Sandusky, Ohio. Saddest day of my life. Love you cuz!
